What are your shipping and return policies?
At Luxrepwatches.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy after receiving your product. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a quality issue.
Protection Film Unpeeled: The watch must still have the protective film intact.
Unworn & Unused: The watch should not be worn or show any signs of use or damage.
Complete Packaging: The original box and any included accessories (if applicable) must be returned along with the watch.
If the return is due to a defect or quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund once the returned item is received and inspected.
Pre-Return Confirmation: Please contact us to confirm the condition of your watch before initiating a return.
Shipping and Delivery Time?
A: We offer free worldwide shipping. However, if you prefer faster delivery, we also provide expedited shipping via FedEx (for the US) and DHL (for Europe), which come with an additional fee. For detailed costs and estimated delivery times, please refer to the checkout page.
A: Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 20 business days after placing your order. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method and your shipping address.
About the warranty of the watch?
A:We provide one-year free warranty for all watches purchased from our store (except serious physical damage and water damage). The shipping cost within the warranty period is fully borne by us, and you do not need to pay for the repair fee.
Sizing and Fit Issues?
After receiving your order, we will contact you to confirm your wrist circumference and prepare the appropriate length of the rubber strap.
We include the necessary tools to adjust the bracelet in every order package. We also provide instructional videos to help you easily understand how to adjust the strap for a perfect fit.
Please let us know after placing your order if you require bracelet adjustment and provide your exact wrist circumference. We’re happy to assist you with this, but please note that we cannot keep the protective plastic film on the new bracelet.
Please be aware that during the adjustment process, we cannot guarantee 100% that no marks will be left on the bracelet.
What is the quality of the watch?Is it same $200 watch sold on other websites?Does the watch come with original style packaging?
I can responsibly tell every customer that our super clones are absolutely the best clone watches in the industry. 1:1 appearance and perfect clone Swiss movement.

We still do not charge for the original box at this time. Each watch will receive complete original packaging. On other sites you may have to pay extra for this.
What about Water Resistance?
The watch we sell has excellent water resistance and strong sealing, suitable for swimming pools and daily water contact. It is not suitable for high temperature immersion or deep sea diving, especially when using the right button underwater. Although we provide a one-year free warranty, it does not cover water damage.

Watch Box Seal: We use a one-time tamper-proof seal at the opening of the watch box. If you see the “OPENED VOID” label before opening the box, it means the box has been opened by someone else. In this case, please contact us immediately to confirm the condition of the watch. We will quickly verify the situation and ensure that you are provided with the appropriate solution to avoid any misunderstandings or losses.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
