Quality Control Procedures
At Luxrepwatches, we take quality control seriously to ensure that every replica watch we offer meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and authenticity. Our meticulous quality control procedures involve a series of rigorous checks and inspections to guarantee the excellence of our timepieces.
Step 1: Appearance Checking
When we get the watch in hand, we check the appearance of the watch first. Our team carefully examines every aspect of the watch’s appearance, paying attention to details such as the case, dial, bezel, and crown. Any items with defective points will be taken out and returned back to the manufacturer and get a replacement.
Step 2: Movement Testing
Mechanical watches will be tested with the movement if they pass step 1. We use the Swiss standard timegrapher for testing the movement function. Make sure the daily error is within + 10 Seconds. Amplitude within the scope of 220-320, beat error: 0-0.5ms.
Remark: For quartz movement, this procedure will be reduced as the timegrapher is able to test automatic movement watches only.
Step 3: Manual Function Testing
In this crucial step, we manually test the various functions of the watch, including time setting, date/month setting, chrono function checking, and button/crown functionality. Our skilled technicians carefully examine each function to ensure they are working flawlessly.
Step 4: QC Confirmation
Send QC photos, and manual function testing video to customers and wait for confirmation. If we QC photos accepted, we will arrange shipping of the parcel in 2 days. In case QC photos rejected, we will order a new one as replacement and send QC photos and video for confirmation by another time.
Step 5: Shipping
Ship the watches upon approval of customers.
