1. Choose the products you wish to purchase on our website.
2. Press the “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” button and then go to the shopping cart page or the checkout page.
3. Review the product details and enter your coupon or gift voucher code if you have one.
4. Enter your shipping and billing addresses.
5. Select your preferred shipping method from the available options.
6. Select your payment method from the options provided, and we will send a payment link to your email address.
7. If you have any special instructions or notes regarding your order, please enter them in the comments box.
8. Click the “Confirm Order” button to place your order. We will receive your order, and you will also receive an order confirmation email.
9. Existing customers, please log in to the website. New customers, please register on the checkout page. If you prefer not to register, you can also check out as a guest. If you select “Create a new account” on the checkout page, you will receive an email after clicking the “Confirm Order” button notifying you that an account has been created on our Luxrepwatches website and asking you to set a password.
10. Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email from us. Please check your email.
11. We will then check our warehouse inventory. If the item is in stock, we will send you a payment link via email. Rest assured, this payment link is secure and valid. Once you have completed the payment, we will immediately prepare and ship your order. We will then send you the tracking number via email, so please check your inbox regularly! 1. Customers place the order and make the payment.
2. Luxrepwatches prepares the watch and sends quality-checking photos (3-7 Days).
3. Customers review the QC photos.
4. Customers accept the product. If customers reject the QC photos, it returns to step 2.
5. Luxrepwatches dispatches the watch via courier (2 Days).
6. Luxrepwatches provides customers with the tracking number update (1 Day).
Please review and confirm the QC photos within 2 working days. If we do not receive any response for confirmation from customers, we will assume that you have approved the QC photos and proceed with the shipment.
Customers have the option to cancel their purchase before shipping arrangements are made. A full refund, excluding any additional fees, will be processed. Please note that it may take 10-30 days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on the bank’s processing time. Once shipping has been initiated, we are unable to accept any cancellations for your order.
Notice: The credit card processing fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the bank.
