Warranty
At Luxrepwatches, we offer different warranty periods based on the movement of the watches. Please note that the warranty does not cover outer parts such as straps and watch cases.
For watches with Swiss Grade Movement or Dandong Movement
- There is a 1-year warranty for the movement, starting from the day the parcel is delivered.
- We provide free-of-charge fixing for movement issues within the 1-year warranty period.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fees when sending the parcel to us, while we cover the fees for sending the repaired watch back to customers.
For watches with Asian Grade Movement
- There is a 6-month warranty for the movement, starting from the day the parcel is delivered.
- We provide free-of-charge fixing for movement issues within the 6-month warranty period.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fees when sending the parcel to us, while we cover the fees for sending the repaired watch back to customers.
For watches out of warranty
- Even if the warranty has expired, we still offer watch repair services.
- Customers need to cover the shipping fees for sending the parcel back and forth, as well as any fees incurred for fixing by the factory.
